I have been working at Savannah College of Art and Design part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible time schedule. You can also easily reserve your hours when you are too busy for tutoring. Moreover, you get paid even when a student doesn't show up to an appointment. It's a great to work as a peer tutor in general.

    Cons

Sometimes there might be students that expect and push you to do their work for you. As long as you talk to the manager, the problem usually gets solved easily.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Savannah College of Art and Design.

    Interview

Phone call followed by an in-person interview with direct boss and boss's boss. It was fairly casual as far as an interview goes and went section by section over my resume. I received a phone call with an offer shortly afterwards.
