    Pros

Awesome benefits, various ways to grow and expand in my career, and most of all they treat everyone like family. I've worked for Savvee for almost 6 years now and if they'll have me I'll never leave!

    Cons

At times work location was far, but they have always worked with me to make it work - thanks to the 2 best managers Karen and Mark.

    Senior Software Engineer Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Savvee Consulting, Inc. (Chantilly, VA) in June 2015.

    Interview

Had over the phone technical interview with tech lead for the project. Reviewed skillset and recent projects worked on, and talked about the project this job was part of. Then was invited in to interview with CEO of the company, where the CEO explained his philosophy about the business, how customers should be treated, and interviewed for "soft skills". Got job offer the next day and accepted, as offer was for a higher salary than I asked for (higher than the minimum amount I said I would accept).

    Interview Questions

    • Mainly asked about skills in different areas of software engineering, talked about what skills matched with the skills they were seeking. CEO asked questions to ascertain "soft skills" such as how one would react to certain hypothetical situations involving customers.   Answer Question
