International mobility and opportunities

    I applied online. I interviewed at Scality (Washington, DC).


    I interviewed with 6 people. Two were phone interviews and then eventually I met with a person on the sales team I'd be working with. Two more phone interviews, one with another member of the sales team and with the VP of Marketing. I did two Skype interviews one being with the CEO of the company. Very intelligent and no nonsense type of interview. He asked how my previous experience would relate to the job I'd be applying for and he asked specific questions about how I'd handle the differences in the sales process compared to my previous job. Everyone in headquarters is hard to read, even if you ask if they have any concerns or if they'd give their support to move on. If you get through things move QUICKLY.
