Pros
Great people to work for and lots of flexibility. I love seeing the people at the stores I go to each week and have developed a really good rapport with many wonderful people.
Cons
The two biggest negatives with this position are the many miles I have put on my car and the inconsistent hours when there are projects. I would really like to be able to count on how many hours I work week after week, and this job is heavy hours the first half of the year and slows down the second half of the year.
