During the harvest season working 60 or more hours a week is the norm. Some employees often go multiple weeks without a day of during this time period.
Advice to Management
Listen to the employees. They have a lot to say. Realize that the employees are people with limits, they want to do all they can but are not machines.

Received a call from the hiring manager, during which I was given a list of topics/questions to think about prior to the interview. Interview was short and laid back. Hiring manager was friendly.
