    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Schiphol in April 2019.

    Interview

First they invite you for an interview. But the interview is only with two freelancers which only got a little bit knowledge about a real job at the company. Also they even more asked each other questions about the team they where in then serious interviewing a potential candidate. The interview itself took also place in the cantina, which I find a bit unprofessional. For me the whole interview felt a bit as waste of time... after a couple days they called me that I wouldn’t be invited for the second round, because the freelancers found my technical skills okay, but didn’t see the personal side of me....
