The company is a leader in many of the markets it serves. There is a great company culture if you believe in it. A lot of opportunity can be found for hardworking people that are willing to step up.
High degree of accountability; the company expects all staff to strive for excellence. The company is really made of up three groups (survey, engineering, gis), so expectations and communication can vary between groups. Not a good place to just try to "get by" and not try very hard.
I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider in September 2015.
Emailed resume to HR which responded the next day to scheduled a date and time for a phone interview. Phone interview never happened because the interviewer did not call. The interviewer called an hour late. I did not return the call. My opinion is that if my time is not worth anything to them in the recruitment process what would it be worth when if I was employed by them? Their failure speaks loud.
