Pros
The human touch is the best part of working at Schneider. There are always exceptions to the rule to treat you with respect and help you accomplish your job role. Schnieder is easily my best job to date. The experience has been amazing from hire to over a year now at the company. The upward mobility is great. I have had opportunities from day one to improve my career. I would say also that my expertise is very much welcomed. I am treated with a ton of respect.
Cons
I would say the only con is the size of the company. Due to the large size of the organization it can take time to get to the write person so certain issues but once there it is a great experience.
