Schneider Electric

Hi all, I am currently a PM at Schneider Electric. Wanting to branch to PM in tech. I am an electrical engineer by trade with no background in computer science, what type of PM role I should target in my application journey and should I target more hardware based PM roles (as I currently manage a portfolio of hardware products with little to no software) or as long as I can do well during the interview it does not really matter ? Also any resource advise for PM interview prep ?

-Flexibility of Work. Supportive global hybrid environment. Leaders encourage going into the office to engage with other colleagues to boost your network, change up enviroment, learn, etc. vs.

-We are big. Global environment with lots of employees, so it makes changing more difficult.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (India) in Dec 2021

I applied through my school's job board. One 20-minute video interview with a software engineer and a software engineering manager, involving lots of questions about previous experience and what I've done. 3 days later I got the offer. The whole process took less than two weeks.
