    I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (United States)


    Cheerful, upbeat call from Talent Acquisition. Easy questions, feeling out if qualifications & experience fit.
    Video interview with hiring manager, very easy questions, very positive experience. Went longer than scheduled, which was good. Stated next steps (if any) would be speaking with another manager in a sister department.
    Video interview with other manager - stated very excited to have someone with my experience level joining the team, gave me personal company email to ask any further questions. Extremely positive, stated with my experience, no need to take assessment.
    Ghost city. Repeated reach outs to multiple people - 'kick the can down the road' type responses by original recruiter, then more ghosting.
    Website job status never updated. I withdrew from all positions applied for. Never even received a rejection letter.
