Diverse student body from across city; dedicated teachers and administration, depending on school; pension
Low salaries compared to surrounding suburbs, despite requiring Masters degree or higher; lack of trickle down for basic supplies, books, photocopies, current technology; some administrators lack basic management skills forcing teachers to work independently versus collaboratively
Advice to Management
Keep fighting to survive; despite declining numbers of students, scores and college ready students still decling; support your teachers and students unconditionally

The process of challenging. It was filled with thought provoking questions, alias of expectations and requirements. The interviewer was attentive and polite. I enjoyed it.
