    Contract Software Developer Interview

Anonymous Employee in San Jose, CA
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Schoolcity (San Jose, CA) in December 2015.

    Interview

2 inperson interview with CEO which went well. 1 Phone screen with Project Manager. Project Manager kept postponing interview several times and finally attended interview for few minutes just to wrap up the process. CEO ended up hiring without the Project Managers consent. Project Manager was handling all offshore development and he was insecure about hiring people with high caliber.
