    I worked at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants (Less than a year)


    Manager and Co-workers were almost all great to work with. They knew what they were doing and gave helpful advice and constructive criticism and feedback.


    Occasionally really busy and stressful working environment because the customers expect a lot out of the restaurant and will be sassy and difficult.

    Advice to Management

    For the most part, no real advice. Management could do a little better to train front of house staff with some of the physically demanding and coordination demanding work responsibilities. I would suggest more breaks but that is not realistic in the restaurant business.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants.


    I brought in my resume on a Tuesday at around 2:30, filled out an application and met with the General Manager. I was called in the next week to meet with the Bar Manager. Each time we spoke at dining room tables, it was very informal, very easy going. The hiring process consisted of a lot of paperwork, and a tour of the facility and a group class to go over all of the company policies.
