    Pros

Lots of changes, mostly for the better and the being successful at it. Good people. Great benefits and holiday hours and days off.

    Cons

Lots of negative reviews that mostly come from disgruntled employees. Scoppechio disgruntled employee problem is no different than most creative shops in town.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really. I am sure there's someone who's bad at their job, but you'll find that at any business. Keep pushing the creative. Keep growing and winning business. Their success shows as you walk around the office. The changes brought Scoppechio (formerly as Creative Alliance) out of the late nineties and into a current agency. Lots of hard work and patience is really beginning to pay off.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Scoppechio.

    Interview

Went through first interview with HR director and media team. HR director noted that I might be more suitable for a position in accounts, and that she thought a position would soon be available. I followed up with her shortly thereafter, and she said it looked like the position would, in fact, be available. Then she left the company.
