I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scotts Miracle-Gro (Vancouver, WA) in June 2019.
I met with a few people and they took me into a conference room to discuss my potential role in the company. They asked good questions and got straight to the point. They asked questions pertaining to my education and experiences.
