    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Scoular Company (Columbia, MO) in September 2016.

    Interview

The interview started off with a couple basic personality/aptitude tests. After that I sat down with a recruiter. We went over my resume and asked pretty basic behavioral based questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to get along with. Overall a positive experience but I did not get an offer.
