I have been working at Scribekick part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working at ScribeKick Full-Time for over a year now and recently moved down to part-time. Overall, I have had a great experience working with ScribeKick. The company paired me with multiple doctors that were amazing, wanted to answer my questions, and were always teaching me new things. Also, during my time working with ScribeKick they have offered me ways to increase my responsibility by participating in hiring seminars, training new scribes, and working with new doctors that are looking to hire a scribe.

When I decided to move to help pursue my med school goals the company treated me with so much kindness, support, and flexibility. They allowed me to go from being a full-time, in person scribe, to working remotely part-time.

    Cons

In regards to working remotely, the audio can sometimes be spotty depending on the doctor and what they are using (laptop/iPad/tablet). Sometimes this can slow you down but all the doctors have been more than willing to answer any clarifying questions asked so it has not been much of an issue.

The interview was a one way interview done online, after that they invite you to participate on a trainning as the last part of the hiring process. This trainning can be either online or in person.
