Mission: Better medical scribes. Happier Doctors.
I have been working at Scribekick part-time (More than a year)
I have been employed with Scribekick for a year and half. I have found the experience to be very rewarding. I was recently promoted to work as a trainer and that has given me the ability to work across multiple specialties and with different physicians. I have received invaluable hands on experience from working as a scribe.
Sometimes I do not receive a full 40 hours of work each week but the head of scheduling is really good about offering me shifts to make up for it other weeks.
Advice to Management
Overall, the company is run very smoothly. I always stress communication to companies. I was not always certain who to speak with when I worked as a scribe. Since then, the company has rolled out a Chief Scribe model and that has really helped a lot with communication between the scribes and management.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Scribekick in January 2017.
The interview was a one way interview done online, after that they invite you to participate on a trainning as the last part of the hiring process. This trainning can be either online or in person.
