I have been working at Scripps Health full-time (Less than a year)
I have been at Scripps Health for over 6 years and would consider myself blessed to have had managers that are invested in my professional growth and goals. I feel that my leadership trusts me to produce quality work and has my best interest in mind. My managers have always provided me with feedback that is constructive and useful, and will acknowledge me for good work. They are always open and supportive of any interests I express in opportunities for growth or any new ideas. I am appropriately challenged and feel that if I can succeed here, I can succeed anywhere.
I enjoy working with my colleagues, who are always looking to improve, help each other with our workloads, encourage each other to reach our professional and personal goals and make work fun!
I feel that my work contributes to the success of Scripps Health and to our mission to provide quality care to our community. I am proud to be part of an organization that makes a difference.
No cons at the moment.
Advice to Management

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Scripps Health (San Diego, CA).
1:1 and peer interview. Involve the whole team in the success of the potential employee; they become invested in success of the new hire. Excellent hiring process for both parties involved. Scripps is a great company to work for.
