Pros
They are really considerate of school schedules. It is an amazing and fun place to work.
Cons
They will work you no matter your position title. There are sometimes in the summer you will work long hours.

Interview
It was a group interview , it was very easy they just had do tasks, then gave us scenario cards and ask what would we do. They also made me pick a stuff animal and asked why I chose it. They gave us 2 minutes to build a lego car
