    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Seasons 52 (Chestnut Hill, MA) in May 2014.

    Interview

You will meet with one manager first and then there will be a follow up interview with another manager. You will sit in one of the booths at the restaurant. It will be informal but they really care about if you fit with their culture. They can teach you how do do the job but they can't teach you the culture. They also love to cross train people. You may start as a hostess then move to a server or start as a food runner and then become a server.
