I worked at Seattle's Convention & Visitors Bureau as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

i worked for the visitor information team as an intern last summer. All people in my team were nice and helpful. They were willing to support me as i fist entered hospitality industry and had some language barrier. Especially my supervisor gave me a lot of helpful advices and professional training. The work itself was pleasant and fulfilling, and the whole organization had a easy atmosphere.

    Cons

The people working downstairs at the information desk seemed staying aloof from people working upstairs at the main office.

    Advice to Management

Improve concierge information system and keep updated.
