ProsGreat team, great office, everyone cares a lot about making this a great environment, easy to coordinate and ask for help from others, lots of opportunities for growth both personally and company-wide
ConsProduct is very niche, kind of in its own space and solved a very specific problem. If the customer didn't have that problem it could be a tough sell. Also hasn't changed drastically in a long time.
I applied online. I interviewed at SecureLink (TX) (Austin, TX) in May 2021
InterviewI had to take a cognitive and behavior assessment to start, followed by a cognitive assessment while being watched by someone. You speak with a recruiter, the hiring manager, the team, and then a technical interview. It was apparent that SecureLink values the type of people they hire over anything else and are looking for a culture fit first.
