The leads were awesome and the training was second to none. B.
But , the management would come down pretty hard if the numbers were not made. Instead of helping they tended to alienate the person who were not selling
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SecureWatch (Columbus, GA) in December 2011.
I met with the Regional Manager. He explained that the position I was called for didn't exist, instead of a secretary position they only had sales positions. The interview consisted of 4 minutes to see if I could confidently speak to strangers, and I was hired. The company is so desperate they hire anyone because the turnover rate is so high.
