I worked at See's Candies (More than a year)
free candy, good managers, cute uniform
long hours, annoying guests, regional manager comes in too often
I applied in-person. I interviewed at See's Candies.
I don't remember how long it took for me to hear back after submitting my application, but I got an interview, showed up and there were 2 more people and we did a group interview (so 3 total). I had no retail experience and the other 2 had much more, but when it came to questions I felt I held up alright. The big one is to know the difference between upselling and suggestive selling, and prepare to suggestive sell something like a water bottle.
