Nothing Seek can control but the restaurants near the company are very limited so you’ll have to bring lunch.
This isn’t a con just the truth, if you want to have success here you’ll have to put some hours of overtime in.
Advice to Management
You guys are doing a great job, my piece of advice would be to have a weekend where nobody comes in to work. Because by Wednesday of the following week people who worked can become negative and drag down the other teams.
I applied online. I interviewed at Seek Capital (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2017.
Only had 1 interview with the director of sales and was hired the next day. The interview was more in the form of a conversation , which I have always preferred instead of question answer question answer.
