Any current Andersen employees have an update on how the trial period of the hybrid model went and what they have officially established now? Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office.

InterviewWas contacted by a recruiter who refused to give me compensation. When I said I wouldn't be interested without compensation information she said even though it's remote, I wouldn't be paid as much as the people who live in California since I live out of state and I would get paid the market rate for my state. Good to know my work would not be valued as much if I didn't live in California.
