Very team based approach and high cohesiveness between members. Management really does a lot in order to make success more convenient for individuals.
Weekly and/or Monthly quotas are annoying because the company emphasizes them but they aren't necessarily the best indicators of performance.
Advice to Management
Create a better system for performance optimization than simply increasing the margins for weekly/monthly quotas.

Negative introduction to Selby Jennings. The recruiter called for first interview on wrong day. We rescheduled. She did not call on the date/time we scheduled. Although she said she called, but got no answer, she did not leave a voice mail and I never received her call. I passed on interview after reading other Glassdoor reviews for this company.
