Management was really down to earth and understood family time, if needed. Everyone was easy to get along with, which made the day go by fast.
Like any other oil and gas business, it's hard to make a living when oil is so cheap.
Advice to Management
Be as transparent as possible; always let your employees know what's happening down the line.
I applied online. I interviewed at Select Energy Services (Keithville, LA) in May 2017.
I applied online 3 times at Indeed.com because the job description kept changing and they would re-post. After several weeks I finally got a call on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 for an interview the next day.
