I have been working at Select Rehabilitation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been able to be flexible with my schedule, take 1/2 days for medical appointments, etc. Select University is good to get your CE credits.

    Cons

Med insurance is a High Deductible plan, formulary has inconvenient non-coverage. PTO is a little stingy. Currently use Casamba for documentation. This program may provide the company with the info/process, but the program is not written for the OT/PT/SLP daily use. The HR dept has been disorganized.

    Advice to Management

    Improve an interface with HR.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Select Rehabilitation.

    Interview

First I was contacted by a recruiter, then the recruiter scheduled an onsite interview at the facility with the rehab director at the facility. The process was overall fine, although the recruiter was very difficult to reach when needed, and took a long time to respond.
