I have been working at SelectQuote full-time (More than a year)
I've worked at Home Advisor and Dex. They don't hold a candle to this place. Even if your a mediocre rep you can still make atleast 60k. Unlike the other two you also arent making 100+ call calls a day. Many of your sales come from inbound calling. Casual work culture and growing.
They are trying some new things so the lead flow hasnt been the same, but its still better than the other places. You cant escape AEP so just prepare to be here until 7pm most days during that 6 week stretch. Office moved further away from my house.
Advice to Management
I know you're working with marketing and vendors about new lead sources, but some days can be slow. So the faster you can get it back to where it was the better. Otherwise I appreciate you guys for giving me a shot!
