I have been working at Sellen Construction full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work environment, challenging, rewarding, wonderful clients and projects, caring leadership, I am fortunate to have found Sellen! I had been in the industry with a few other firms and Sellen is the best that I have experienced. I believe I have found a home to grow my career while supporting my life outside of work.

    Cons

Things can be fluid at times with projects changing and roles adjusting. This should be expected in the industry however.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sellen Construction in April 2015.

    Interview

I had an informational interview with Sellen Construction to see if there were any positions that I could fit into as an Environmental Engineer. The conversation was very pleasant and the interview was very straightforward. The HR rep asked me about how Sellen could fit into my career goals etc.
