The company has good contacts with a couple of big comapines
Poor (or no management) - critical decisions taken by mere Admin staff. Employees are commodities - the company is nothing more than poor staffing company which eat bulk of hourly rate while paying paltry salaries with no salary in the absence of billing. Absolutely poor (or no marketting)
Advice to Management
Evaluate skills of employees and do better to keep the best. Evolve beyond a typical money oriented timesheet based relationship employees are not commodities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Semantic Space (Hyderabad (India)) in November 2014.
3 rounds of interview. Very easy process. HR was very good. She was probably the best recruiting HR I have come across. The interview team didn't speak proper English but they were technically very sound.
