    I worked at Sendoso full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The leadership at Sendoso is primed to make this company the leader in the engagement/gifting space. The COO is making one amazingly smart decision after another, and is incredibly forward-thinking. The CEO is a leader who is paying very close attention to his customers and his prime employees in setting the direction of the company. These leaders have put into place some of the brightest minds to lead functional areas that will lead this product to incredible heights. Their focus on integrations and product enhancements are going to differentiate Sendoso from any competition.

    Cons

    None that are unaddressed (new product in need of enhancements - they already hired a number of talented people to mature this product in no time).

    Advice to Management

    Continue to do what you are doing. Cross pollinating offices in SF and Scottsdale is important, but you already are investing in this. Sales and marketing are key prospects, but the value of Sendoso is really unlimited. I can see this being a key system in so many other industries, you guys have just hit the tip of the iceberg.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sendoso (San Francisco, CA) in January 2020.

    Interview

    Chatted with the recruiter who gave great context into the opportunity space and upcoming roadmap. Then chatted with CTO to get a deeper sense of the role. I did a technical interview and after that and was quickly invited onsite.

    They knew what they were looking for and were able to move quickly. Sounds like they are hiring a ton this year.
