I have been working at Seneca full-time (Less than a year)

Everyone is nice and welcoming. You can choose if you want an AWS or regular work schedule. Off early on Fridays. You stay busy but it is fun and challenging. It was overall a very comfortable experience!

There were honestly no cons to working at Seneca.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Seneca (Oakland, CA) in September 2015.

I applied online and was called to do a phone interview. It took almost a week to get ahold of the HR worker to schedule the group interview, which I found very unprofessional. The group interview was fairly simple. I noticed that all the workers wore casual clothing to work, so I would not recommend dressing very formal for the group interview.
