Keep communicating all of the great charities and employee growth opportunities that the company supports to the employees
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Senior Living Communities (Greenville, SC) in August 2013.
Applied online and was quickly called and asked to be part of a group interview. The group interview was awkward-- the head of HR sat 8 of us at a conference table and asked us all the same questions (What is customer service? How do you deal with stressful situations? What is the most important thing you look for in an employer?) I received a call back for a follow-up interview the next week. I met the dining supervisor at this one and was asked more specifically about what qualified me for the position. I was offered the job during that meeting- offered $11/hr because of experience.
Surprised with offer- no need to negotiate.
