Pay a higher wage to all employees, especially front line staff.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Senior Services in November 2014.
went into room with one person she asked you 5 questions straight forward. Was just 1:1. Residents would come in and out. When she got into more in depth questions you really had to think.
