Sensiba San Filippo’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

Sensiba San Filippo (SSF) welcomes and celebrates all people. We honor each individual and what they bring to the table. As a firm, we are against all forms of racism and discrimination. SSF is a better firm for all of its members when we encourage input and participation from people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and opinions.

We continually strive to recognize where we can be better and do more as a firm. We also understand that there is still work to be done within our organization and the accounting industry to address diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and unconscious bias.

    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sensiba San Filippo (United States)

    Interview

Zoom interview with two people, they decide on next round and then you interview with the whole team. The interview was awkward and the questions were very vague. Focused more on what I would do to learn the requirements for the job, why interview me if you don't think I have skilled the requirements for the job? Questions were also very random and vague, hard to answer.
    Interview

What will you do to learn the skills needed for this position? What would you do to market our team? What makes you want to work every day besides getting paid? What are your biggest challenges at your current job? What is your day to day workload like currently? Why did you apply for this job?
