I have been working at Sensient Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)
Challenging, results-oriented, you go as far as you want; most, if not all of the "ghost stories" of the past are just that. Current management has very strong convictions, but provides support for new ideas and open communication. Strong sense of ownership.
Many people that have been for many years in the company still cling to the past, so you might find some complaining and mistrust still going on. Also, there seems to be some areas that are favored over others. Sales and finance are well taken care of, Customer Service or Operations, not so much.
Advice to Management
Take care of your support areas: Customer Service, Logistics, Tech Services, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sensient Technologies (Saint Louis, MO) in April 2017.
Communicated with HR via email to arrange a phone interview. About a week later, engaged in the phone interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. About 3-4 days later, I was in touch with HR again for an onsite interview
