Being paid weekly was a definite plus. Also having a company vehicle, and working from home. Drive time from last jobsite to home was on the clock.
I have never worked for a bigger bunch of stupid lazy people. Occasionally, getting answers to administrative problems was like pulling teeth. Some people will push their work onto someone elses' plate.

Too many interviews, very political with stakesholder careful about what others will think about, showing some insecurity on giving their own opinion. Some of them not really concerned and seeming to be doing the interview process by obligation
