I have been working at Sentry Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a wonderful environment filled with smart, down-to-earth people. Many of the employees have 10-15+ years in this company! The President cares very much about us, and the business, and it's expanding like CRAZY! The work is top-notch, too. We really love our boards and fight in their corner all the time. Pay is very good. Feeling of being smart, useful, and needed is very high.

    Cons

Property management itself can get stressful, so the skill of listening to someone complain comes in handy! But that'll be the same no matter where you go for property management. At least our team helps you laugh it off after you get chewed out for ten minutes.....

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. I'm proud to work here. Everyone's sharp, helpful, and caring. It's a great place to be.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 12+ months. I interviewed at Sentry Management (Naples, FL) in May 2013.

    Interview

I went in and had an interview with the owner, I had interviewed with him 12 months earlier. We hit it off and hired me within two weeks. Sentry bought out Compass Group and it was a very difficult transition.
