    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Seoul National University full-time

    Pros

well-paid, good employ wellness, less patients for each RN comparing to other hospital, less competitive, cooperative environment

    Cons

not much paid comparing to workloads, getting hard to get leave of absence, rare chance to be promoted, caring for serious cases

    Advice to Management

need to improve treatment for senior, too much turn over, dispatch to Boramea hospital
