    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sequoia Consulting Group in February 2018.

    Interview

I applied online and I was immediately contacted for an initial phone screen. Thereafter, I interviewed with two of Sequoia's team members through a group phone call, one of the team members in person, and then another group phone call with the clients. Sequoia maintained very good communication throughout the entire process.

The questions asked reflected what my qualifications and skill set were. The questions with the clients were trickier (interviews will depend on Sequoia's clients as well). Although I was told Sequoia wanted to keep me, the client did not, so I did not move forward to the last round (on-site) of interviews.
