    2 in person meetings, both of which I was told went extremely well and the team really liked me.

    I was told that the newly hired COO would meet with me as the next step.
    I followed up every week for 3 weeks to see when that would be scheduled.
    They sent an email letting me know he moved forward with someone else after not even meeting with me which is what they told me was the next step.
