I have been working at SeraCare Life Sciences full-time (More than a year)
SeraCare is a small company doing some very big things. You get to wear a lot of hats and take ownership of initiatives that have a real impact on the entire organization (and the health care system at large). It's a very collaborative, open environment in which people happily help each other out, regardless of department. Everyone is very friendly and management is supportive.
Many teams consist of small groups of very dedicated people, so if wearing many hats isn't your thing then it might not be a perfect fit.
There was a round of interviews, and then another round of Interviews and then an offer and then i accepted it. It was a very extensive 30 word minimum interview process.
