I have been working at Serco, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)
Good pay for amount of work. Room to grow as a supervisor. Overall not a bad place to work hours are good and always off for holidays
Not a lot of training its more of a self develop place with a little management development. company doesn't have a great out look depending on the ACA
Advice to Management
More Training more development would be great. More advancement opportunities.
I applied online. I interviewed at Serco, Inc..
I never got an interview. I was told I wasn't the right color for the job, and sure enough I wasn't. I had more experience than the person who got the job, and yet because I am white I didn't even get a chance to interview.
