I have been working at Serocor Group (Less than a year)
I have only been with the company 3 months so far however everything has been first class, the interview process and communication throughout was great and going out with for a meal with my team before I started was a really nice touch and made me feel part of the team from day 1.
Within my first 2 weeks I had sat with every Manager and Director and all were happy to give me their time and vision. The welcome, work ethic and culture are first class right from the Directors through the Apprentices.
None that I have noticed so far
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Serocor Group (Havant, England (UK)) in July 2016.
I was contacted by the Internal Recruitment team and participated in a 30 minute screening interview which covered basic background review, career aspirations and technical / industry knowledge. Following that I was invited to a face to face interview with the Internal Recruiter and the relevant Divisional Head. It lasted about an hour and a half and was a fairly informal conversation that was useful and relaxed where I got a really good feel for how they operated.
