ProsGreat team of smart individuals. The culture was very relaxed. Remote work was standard.
ConsAdvancement options were limited. Vacation policy could be better. Payroll coming out only once at the end of the month made it challenging to handle expenses.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTrade (Durham, NC) in Mar 2022
InterviewInterview was conducted in 3 parts, all via zoom. Hiring manager was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Interviews were conversation-based and low-pressure. Some behavioral/ technical scenarios were given to gage preparedness, but most conversations were culture-centered. Final interview was with a C-level executive and was awesome. Overall great experience!
