I have been working at Serviceteam full-time (More than 3 years)
Every account manager is given the freedom to run their client accounts to the best of their ability, as long as you are productive, have good customer feedback and have a positive attitude it is a great place to work. The emphasis is always on customer satisfaction and this is the background I come from. There is also a great possibility of career progression as they are growing all the time.
I don't think there are any really, some people like to work to a rigid timetable wear a uniform, get told when you can go to the lol, so I suppose if you like this regime you won't enjoy it,
