    Pros

Flexible working and better jobs as you gain more experience. Variety of work.

    Cons

Bidding process can be frustrating during early months and very seasonal work.

    Advice to Management

Loyalty needs to be rewarded more. Possibly better, ongoing training?

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Set and Service Resources (Raleigh, NC).

    Interview

Hiring process was standard with a phone interview and then being invited for an in person interview within a week (series of 3 person). Some were very friendly and others proved a bit more I think . I would say I felt more confident 2/3 of the persons that interviewed me .
