I worked at Seton Medical Center full-time (Less than a year)
Great community with passionate leadership and co-workers. Team that was looking to innovate and adapt to the changing times. Team was focused on doing the right things even with so many uncertainties and distractions.
Changing ownership, so not sure how this will affect the way the hospital is run. Losing it's core Catholic charitable mission due to impending sale.
Advice to Management
Great job on keeping the ship running even through all the moments of uncertainty .
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Seton Medical Center.
I was nervous of course. My second interview I was interviewed by both my supervisor and the chief of nursing, Beverly Fick. I was very nervous but I managed to kept calm and articulate myself with confidence and knowledge.
