I have been working at SettleMint since September 2022 and so far the experience is extremely positive. I particularly love the fact that the company gives you full ownership and accountability over your own work. Because the team is still relatively small, the individual work of each single team member has a huge impact on the company, so you really feel that the work you do is important and crucial for the next growth stage. There's no micromanagement, your manager and the founders trust the good work you do. The team members are very nice, helpful, and empathic people, which makes the work environment very positive and enjoyable. This comes from the founders, who are really great leaders. This is a remote-first company with a few offices around the world, but people are not forced to go. I am a huge believer in the remote work revolution, but I must say that if I was close to any office, I'd go often because the team is really cool and I'd love to work with them in real life! I also love how diverse and distributed the team is! Blockchain is a hard industry to be in, it's amazing, but not easy. You need to be ready for the challenge, but if you are, satisfaction will come!
