    Pros

Great work environment and culture. Working with some of the smartest people I have ever met.

    Cons

Like any relatively small organization, room for upward mobility may be limited.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Seven Bridges (London, England (UK)) in September 2015.

    Interview

Meet several time with the UK Head office and the R&D part.
There were two possible positions at that time: one in pure R&D and one in Scientific Project Management.

The interviews were double so I could talk with people involved in the two area, and the skills required for the two jobs were a bit different, where one was more oriented on algorithm and the other one on team-management.
