I have been working at Seven Bridges full-time
Great work environment and culture. Working with some of the smartest people I have ever met.
Like any relatively small organization, room for upward mobility may be limited.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Seven Bridges (New York, NY) in January 2017.
The application process started a with a phonescreen with the recruiter. Then they gave me a coding problem where they required three reviews to optimize the code better and better which took two months and required serious programming. After all they arranged a hangouts interview. During the interview I didn't hear about even a single word about that code project. Instead, I was asked very basic questions about dice rolling statistics and factorials even though I am a PhD holder. I always take my time to think and also a kind of person who has hard times in dropping a message to a answering machine. Anyway, to summarize I am not sure the interviewing guy knew about the code project they assigned at the first stage. The company seems to have very very serious internal communication issues. Good luck with selecting the best smart guys out there.
