    I have been working at Seven Corners full-time


    The environment and staff at Seven Corners Inc. is ideal for success. The entire staff works diligently, and is still able to have a good time. The environment is inviting, productive, and fun.


    I have no cons. This company is run efficiently.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Seven Corners (Carmel, IN).


    Applied through a third-party staffing agency. The process took about 3 -4 weeks, and consisted of the following:
    1. Phone screening with member of leadership team. Had several technical scenarios presented to me, some easy and some quite challenging, to gauge both my technical experience/proficiency and how I would handle difficult situations in the office.
    2. On-site panel interview with same person as in # 1 and other leadership team members. Some technical questions, but less detailed than in the initial phone screening. Seemed more focused on how I would fit in with the team from a cultural perspective.
    3. Asked to fill out an on-line job application directly with the company, and provide references.
    4. Breakfast meeting with same individuals as in #2 above, plus an executive leader. Asked many of the same questions as in the on-site meeting.
    Result: A few hours after the breakfast meeting, was informed by the staffing agency recruiter that I was no longer under consideration, due to being a poor cultural fit. No feedback was provided to help me understand why. I don't know whether that was because the recruiter chose not to follow up with me, or whether the company simply hadn't given him any further details.
